Atendimento pessimo para uma diária caríssima

O atendimento da recepção é pessimo,passamos por 3 funcionários,2 deles nem mesmo nos cumprimentou,no check in nada foi informado,acredito q nem possam dizer sobre quem somos,pois foram incapazes de levantar a cabeça para nos olhar.Apenas empurraram papéis para assinarmos e solicitaram pagamento.Pagar mais de R$3000 por um quarto standard,num hotel simples,o mínimo que se espera é educação no atendimento ao hóspede.Estavamos em 2 apartamentos. Quero ressaltar que a figura feminina da recepção nos atendeu muito bem, assim como o Jeferson,garçom do restaurante.Minhas filhas foram muito mal tratadas,junto com amigos no restaurante ,não tendo sido servido o q solicitaram. Com certeza não retornaremos

Equipe muito gentil, ideal para mega eventos em Copacabana.
Se estiver indo a um mega evento em Copacabana, esse é o lugar! Muito próximo do Palace, perto do aeroporto Santos Dumont e você apenas precisa atravessar a rua para estar na praia.
Ar condicionado do quarto não chegou à temperatura programada, mas não ficou realmente desconfortável. Não esperava muito da vista tendo pego um quarto standard, mas mesmo assim eu não quis abrir a janela nenhuma vez depois da primeira.

Hotel muito bom, um pouco antigo mas tudo funciona muito bem, café da manhã muito bom e pessoal que trabalha lá muito atencioso.
Sem reclamações, fiquei no quarto com vista para o mar, o tamanho era o ideal, não consigo avaliar os outros.
